Ron Stewart specializes in the construction and development of luxury residential and commercial real estate properties in the US.
Ron’s experience is delivering to stakeholders their desired outcome in real estate development, redevelopment, and construction endeavors with keen awareness of value. Ron has participated in these projects as an equity partner, owner’s representitive/consultant, licensed commmercial real estate agent/broker, licensed general contractor, corporate project manager, and hospitality industry C.A.
Ron’s ability to build project teams; learn, understand and communicate to stakeholders the many subtle but important variables of a wide range of projects has led to his success. Ron’s analytical roots were fostered at Penn State University, where he majored in mechanical engineering.
